We are fully insured and all work undertaken, no matter how small, will carry a minimum parts and labour guarantee for 12 months to give peace of mind. Even when we replace worn or broken products, using genuine manufacturer parts, we pass the warranties on to you.

6 Year Warranty

Contract Plus-Gas Certificate Terms & Conditions
The boiler is guaranteed against defective materials or workmanship emanating from manufacturing for a period of 120 calendar months from the date of installation subject to the following conditions:

1. That during the currency of this guarantee any components of the boiler which are proved to be faulty or defective in manufacture will be exchanged or repaired at the discretion of Worcester Heat Systems Limited, free of material charges and free of labour charge by Worcester Heat systems Limited.

2. That the period of this warranty will commence from the date of installation and will be valid for a 120 month period after this date.

3. That the Warranty will be invalidated if the boiler is not serviced* in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and statutory regulations in force from time to time by a competent service engineer within 12 months of installation, and at 12 months intervals thereafter.

4. That proof of the service described in paragraph 3 above must be produced on request

5. That Worcester Heat Systems Limited will not accept responsibility for any fault on the heating system not forming part of the boiler or any fault arising from causes other than original manufacturing defects or workmanship, or any faults caused by faulty installation, servicing, neglect, misuse, accidental damage or that the non-observance of the instructions contained in the Installation and Operating instructions appropriate to the boiler.

6. That the boiler has been used only for the normal domestic purposes for which it is designed.

7. That the guarantee applies only to boilers purchased in and used on the mainland of Great Britain.

*Servicing is chargeable. Service does not have to be conducted by Worcester Heat systems, but it must be conducted by a Gas Safe Registered Installer
